When my prayers go unanswered.

God doesn’t need to scare us into living right, but he want’s us to voluntarily surrender our lives to Jesus. Some are praying today, Jesus help me! but their prayer’s aren’t getting past the ceiling. The bible states clearly that Jesus is the head of the Body of Christ, so do you think that Jesus would give you anything that would do you harm, NO! I was just reading something this week, and it said that when we can grow in the area’s that we need maturity in that’s when God will lift the weight. You have too many Christians who are trying to run away from God, trying to figure out why me? Because he wants to save(Deliver), and mature us. Stephen the miracle worker was mature, he realized that he was not his own. So what did he do? He exercised his Holy Ghost authority in Jesus name. It got him stoned, but just at the end of his stoning him said Father forgive them, because they know not what they do. And I have to be evangelical: out of his stoning more people were added to the church, even Apostle Paul not to long after that.  Have you ever been to a funeral? and the preacher says: we’re not going to talk about the person who’s gone to be with the Lord, but we’re going to talk about those who are here, who have a chance to accept Jesus. God want’s our heart; not keeping the Law. Keep one law one day, living like a demon the next. Walk in the Law of love, the Law of Christ, and God will give you that peace that you’re longing for.
