The one who is the same- yesterday, today and forevermore

Hebrews 13:8 states that Jesus is the same yesterday, and today and forevermore. This is important to know being that we are encompassed with so many situations that require His attention. We can go to God about anything… No matter what it is. If it concerns you, it concerns Him.

The problem is we sometimes think that God is like man. I’m not saying that God will always take the hard times away from us, but what I do know from His track record in my life, He will give us peace. A peace that transcends all mans understanding. If you have an enemy that is constantly buffeting your flesh, or maybe bills that seem insurmountable to you at times- know that God has your back and is going to give you peace and strategy.

If God can have his servant part a sea, if God was able to tell some fisherman where some fish was when there was none available- after fishing all night, if God calmed the storm when everyone on the boat was scared of dying; know that God can work out your little situation.

Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forevermore.
