Walking and he walked…

1st John 2:1-6 Hebrews 4:14,15

Some would say that living for Yeshua (Jesus) is “easy”. In one sense they are right, and in another sense they are a little vague in making that statement. I heard someone say that it’s not what you say it’s how you say it, and I came to believe that is true. If you have a child and you yell at that child all the time and never teach that child the “How”, and “why’s” of life something is going to be wrong with that person eventually. So, when someone tells you as an infant in Christ that the Christian life is easy, and just suck it up and deal with it that is a very self centered, shallow answer to the questions or issues you may have. But, thank God for Jesus the Son of God our high priest who has already passed through the heavens who feels our infirmities( weaknesses) who knows better than anyone how to pray for our strength, so that when we see him face to face in heaven he may say to us well done good and faithful servant. I also want to clarify something, just because we have weaknesses that doesn’t mean than we are not held accountable for our actions, because “whoever says I know him but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him, but whoever keeps his word the love of the father(God)(Yahweh) is perfected in him. So if we know him, we have an advocate with the father and we can petition him for all we need to be victorious in these bodies, because he is already glorified and he is taking us from glory to glory for his glory. Walk and rest in Him. Blessings.

In Christ, Pastor Vondell
