Philippians 4:14
Have you ever had someone tell you to “press your way”? you might ask them, do you know what I’m going through, or you might say you don’t know the pressure I’m under… but, whatever you endeavor to do in life, you must hold on to Gods word. Preachers must be careful not to claim to know all the answers, and if you did I wouldn’t always be quick to give them. Preachers are not commonly licensed counselors or therapists, so be careful in how you delegate advice. Back to the topic at hand pressing our way: in order to press your way as a Christian we must stay grounded in Scripture. Scripture is God breathed, and can give positive results, but we must be willing to hold on to it in good times and bad times… For those who know anything about God, we know that he protects those who are his, and that he rewards us for seeking him, but for those who usually think that God rewards our disobedience, they are gravely mistaken. What type of Father would want his children to be hurt based upon his negligence? Not God. God gives us his word, and he wants to lead us into green pastures, but if we are not listening to him we have already lost our way. I believe that we can get to a place where, there will be no more defeat, If no more defeat is defined by a person who chooses not to give up, and know God can and will deliver, that’s me. God Loves you so much, he chose you to experience tests, in order perfect that which concerns you. Be blessed!
