Jesus came to fulfill.

See Matthew 5:17

Many people today in our post modern, relevant, secular culture, believe that Jesus is somehow “changing with the times”. Jesus is the same today than he was when he walked the earth in human form. He did not come to destroy the Ten Commandments, and the Law, but he came to fulfill the Law. What many people don’t know though, is that just because Jesus went against the grain, he was going against the traditions of the Rabbinic teachings, not the Law. For instance: the Sabbath say’s no work, but when Jesus healed on the Sabbath, when Jesus fed his disciples on the Sabbath, he was not working he was doing good; what his Father Hashem wanted. So, when we look around and see people in disarray we have to ask ourselves, are we living for Jesus, or are we doing thing religiously. Remember this, religion brings death, but the Spirit of God brings life. Walk in the Spirit and you will not indulge the flesh Gal 5:16.

Blessings, Pastor Vondell Scott
