How to embrace a season.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

To everything in life there is a season. There are many preachers and teachers who might say “your season is coming”, or “your season has passed”,but in reality you are the only one who can embrace your season. And,your season is continuous like natural seasons I might add. Personally there has been overflow and leanness in my life and both are embraced because one prepares me for the other. Now, would I choose the lean seasons over the overflow, absolutely not! Another thing that many people lack is the knowledge or insight to know the HOW’S and the WHY’S of their seasons. For instance knowing that overflow is coming one needs to put up for a rainy day. But many fail to do so, and experience a tremendous lacking period in life; in which he or she blames God. However, there are circumstances out of ones control, but this is no excuse for denying saving and budgeting. The Book of proverbs gives an illustration of the ant and how it puts up in the summer for the winter… To put it in a nutshell, every season is your season- just embrace it.
