God needs me?

Acts 17:24,25

If you were to ask the majority of Christians today if God needed them, they would say a emphatic yes! But, the fact of the matter is God needs nothing! We’re so trained to believe that God has to use me for this, or for that, but as Yahweh told Elijah I have 1,000 other prophets who will not bow down to Baal. We are more privileged than we are anything, because we have the God of the heavens and the earth who made us and chooses us to have a part in his salvation plan for humanity. Also, our worship and perception of God has to change, we can’t box God in to a building made with four walls because he’s bigger than that or anything we can imagine. God gives us everything we have according to acts 17:24,25 so we need to be eternally grateful for a God who chooses to give us freely al things to enjoy; without him we are nothing without us he is still everything and he is self-sustaining so he needs nothing from us. I’m thankful and determined to continue serving God based upon truth because I’m honored to be accounted as one of his servants. We need God, God doesn’t need us.
