A secret concealed, can kill.

You want to know the fastest way to kill your dreams, hopes, and desires- conceal sin. Growing up as a young person, I believe that the biggest sin for me was to hide the fact that I knew God. Another one, was to act as if I was a hard. Tough. Person. All of this was to hide the fact I was hiding sin and perverseness in my heart.

There was also some iniquity that I was hiding in my heart, that caused me not to prosper. What is iniquity= Iniquity is sin and lawlessness. And according to Jesus Christ those who habitually commit iniquity are to be removed from the kingdom of God Matthew 13:41.

It is very important to watch the ear and the eye gates(what you hear and watch), because that is how the enemy chooses to enter our very being to defile us. It even got to the point that I did not know who I could confide in, as a youth. My minister at the time would tell me to invite others to church, those who at the time were on my football team, those who were my peers but I thought I was not capable due to the way I felt.

The great thing is that I met people along the way, who loved God and saw something in me, and somewhat nursed or nurtured me back to health. But, ultimately, it took some soul inner searching and wrestling with God to finally be able to see myself as God saw me. Jesus stands in the gap between you and God, and He fights, intercedes your case. If you are born again, you will know that he loves you, but if you are harboring sin you will never come to a place of peace. That is why The writer of the book of Romans wrote to his audience and told them to submit their bodies to God, as their spiritual act of worship Romans 12:1.

We are not indebted to the flesh. That was a false teaching that arose in the early church that made it easy to follow Christ without a committed lifestyle. Today if you hear voice harden not your heart, because a secret concealed, can kill..
